RE: 2010 PPV Promoter List | Ahjess and Buddha-man have locked down 2 of the PPVs (Jan/April).
Still looking for the 2 promoters for Feb and March. I will be accepting self-nominees until 12/31/2009. Murray Todd and Slammaster have first dibs if they want the shows. I locked in Ahjess and B-M early because they are 2 of the top 3 writers.
The choices will go in order of the writer list.
I hope people like this methodology of deciding SWA PPVs in 2010.

RE: 2010 PPV Promoter List | Yes Egrek, I will regenerate the list.
I am thinking every 3 months I will locked down the next 3 shows keeping ahead of things by 1 cycle (which is why I did 4 this time).
So at the beginning of April, I will be naming the May/June/July shows by using the list of the writers who have written the most in the previous 6 months (Sept thru March).
All this with a 1 SWA PPV limit per player per year.

P.S. Slammaster claimed Feb. March is the only show open. Murray Todd has the first option.

Mlev you've done great things with Popular Demand these last few years. I'm glad to see you're going to be behind the helm this year.
I really like how some promoters are becomming associated with pratciular PPVs year after year. I think its very good for the game.

RE: 2010 PPV Promoter List | Congrats to everyone who made the first four. I myself am not worthy of putting on an SWA show involving the entire SWA community. These shows are about history as well as the present. More notable names like Ahjess, Buddha, Mlev, the list could go on; should be involved in a bigger capacity than I could have at this time. Ranking so high up is strange to me since as of that date I only had maybe six or seven shows that I put out. None the less I wish not to be considered at the moment, so the SWA PPV's can keep the prestige that it started to build from the beginning.

Looking to get some more volunteers for Sept/Oct... or else I need to dig deeper to figure out who wins the tiebreaker for most matches written. (ie, my volunteers thus far are not listed and I don't know who has more matches)
