In fact, he has only left since his business with the Shootclub Wrestling Alliance. Mal grew up surfing and swimming what could probably be the equivelant of the length of the planet Earth...twice. Mal's the kind of guy who has so much energy, but can never seem to burn it all. California is known for it's higher lifestyle, and Mal Jaeger grew up with just that. Although he was well off, he was taught to work for everything he was to obtain. When first eligible to work, his mother insisted on him becoming employed. Not one to dissappoint his mother, he went out and did just that. He became a part time grocery sacker at the local store to pay for his gas and insurance in the vehicle his parents provided. The vehicle was in minimal driving shape, but it taught him value. When he wasn't in school or work, he was on the beach. He was never really in the gym, as his constant beach workout set the tone for his great health and incredible body shape for his age. On a June night of 2001, on his way home from work, he stopped at the corner burger joint. An Italian boy had a toothpick in his mouth, and the Golden State Wrestling Television Championship slung over his shoulder. This man would later become an SWA United States Champion and SWA World Heavyweight Champion, but most know him as Vincent Vazzi. Never speaking words to each other, Mal did take notice to the way he carried himself as a champion, and how it attracted attention. If Mal ever craved anything, it was attention. He was known to walk around the beach with a European speedo on, just to attract attention. He was always flashy on his surfboard, just to attract the attention. He strived to be the best, mostly for the attention. Some quick internet research and the passing of a physical, Mal Jaeger was on his way to SWA Headquarters in Atlanta. His ring name, Malibu, was a play off his first name, and a coastal town in California, He was designated to Shootcamp, and then assigned to make his first trip to the other coast, New York's ESW. career highlightsEmpire State Wrestling August 2001 until December 2001 August 2001- Malibu's first four matches were against Wipe Out.
